July 4, 2019: Winter Garden, Florida based Store Space Self Storage has launched a third-party management division. Storage360 will offer a cradle to grave management solution throughout the Continental United States.
The initiative will be led by Store Space executives Rob Consalvo, chief operating officer; Chris Harris, CEO; and Stephen Sandecki, chief marketing officer.
“As data and technology continue to dominate our industry, it is important that day-to-day operations adapt” Said by Rob Consalvo, Chief Operating Officer.
“Storage360 offers a proprietary platform developed internally by Store Space that’s designed to leverage marketing, operations and technology. By consolidating everything under a single platform, we can control every aspect of our business. Our platform allows us to adapt to changes in our industry [quickly] and makes it easy for us to rapidly embrace new technologies and shifts in marketing strategies.” Said by Sandecki, Chief Marketing Officer
“We are very proud of our latest, forward-thinking technology platform, which is a significant upgrade over other options available to storage operators. As data and Web rankings become increasingly more important than your physical location or sign out front, owners need an option to turn to other than the [real estate investment trusts] or non-branded management companies.” Said by Harris, CEO
Store Space is operated by storage industry veterans Chris Harris, Rob Consalvo, and Stephen Sandecki. Together they have 40 years of cumulative experience in the storage industry and were key stakeholders in over $2 billion in recent storage transactions
Store Space launched in 2018, which operates 18 facilities in six states. Store Space has several self-storage properties under purchase agreement that will bring its operating portfolio to 28 facilities in 10 states.
